How to Publish Articles
1. Sign In with Google
Authenticate with your Google account to access your article library. Your credentials are securely stored and never shared.
🔒 Secure We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication and JWT tokens for session management.
2. Browse Your Articles
View all generated articles from your database. Switch between unpublished and published articles using the tabs.
Article Details Include:
- • Title and keywords for easy identification
- • Word count to assess content length
- • Creation date for tracking freshness
- • Quick actions for publishing and viewing
3. Configure Publishing Options
When you click publish, configure your target database collection and optional API webhooks.
💡 Tip: API webhooks are optional. If provided, the article data will be POSTed to your endpoint after publishing.
4. Publish Single or Bulk
Choose to publish articles one at a time or select multiple for bulk operations:
1️⃣ Single Publishing
Click the publish icon (📤) next to any article for quick one-off publishing with custom settings.
✅ Bulk Publishing
Select multiple articles using checkboxes, then use the bulk action bar at the bottom to publish all at once.
5. Monitor Published Content
Switch to the "Published Articles" tab to view and manage all articles in your production database.
- View publication timestamps and metadata
- Preview full article content
- Delete articles from production if needed

Articles are read from your generation database configured in MONGODB_URI

Published articles are written to your production database configured in MONGO_URI_FOR_OUTPUT
